I have had the best experience in working with Lisa Miller for the past 3 years. Lisa is a very dedicated realtor in helping my wife and I find the house that we ended up purchasing and successfully selling at a later time. She's a very detailed-oriented person who sincerely looks after the client's needs and to achieve the client's goals of purchasing and selling. I have recommended Lisa to many of my friends to contact Lisa when they're in the need of an experienced realtor who will assist them in this process. Her potential clients will end up being very satisfied with her professional services as I have. Very professional in her realtor services - and will become a very good friend.

As a first-time homebuyer I definitely had my guard up while searching for my first home. I was pretty sure that everyone was out to get us and find some way to rip us off. What I can tell you now in retrospect is that my wife and I were very lucky to have inadvertently encountered Lisa by responding to a listing. Sure some of my friends and family were telling us that we didn't need an agent but I can say with certainty that we would have ended up much worse off without Lisa's help. Lisa impressed us immediately with her comprehensive knowledge of the local real estate market and the industry in general (evidently she used to travel around the country training other agents on behalf of her agency). Hindsight is 20/20 and looking back her advice and guidance were always 100% spot on. Even when she was telling us something that we didn't want to hear she was right. At the same time, she always listened to our feedback and direction and when we set parameters for our search she committed herself fully to finding what we wanted. I also can not overstate the value of Lisa's professional network. The inspector she recommended was tremendously thorough and his assessment of our house (now seven months ago) was conservative and perfectly accurate (we used him again for a post-hurricane mini-inspection of our home and he was fantastic). Even though we didn't end up using her recommended mortgage broker the woman she connected us with spent close to an hour on the phone with me helping me compare deals and explaining the ins and outs of the process. These people obviously respected Lisa and were willing to put extra effort into working with her clients. In candor our purchase was not a "big" sale but Lisa put in hours upon hours of work putting together the right deal for us. The combination of her patience with two "newbies" and her drive to find us the perfect deal are something I can't explain given how little she stood to gain. I guess I have to chalk it up to professional integrity and standards because she never, ever tried to push us into more house than we told her we could afford (I say "told her" because we are unusually conservative financially). End result we now own the perfect house for us and Lisa got us a very good deal in what was a scorching hot seller's market. Everything she told us was true and correct and I am certain that wouldn't have ended up with such a positive result without her help. You can tell a lot about a service professional by how they diligently and skillfully they serve their clients' interests when the incentives are not particularly compelling. If you want that kind of integrity and expertise on your side (and you should) then your search is over. Just give Lisa a call and find out what it's like to work with a real professional.

LISA miller will always go the extra mile to be sure the job is done right . she is very good at her job you will not be disappointed with her. she has earned the 5 star.

Lisa did an excellent job in selling our home. She did everything she promised and was very proactive, including helping us find a painter at the last minute. All in all we were very pleased with our experience.

My family had an excellent experience working with Lisa Miller. My son had a desired neighborhood and limited budget. When a house in the neighborhood and price range he wanted was not on the market or we kept getting out bid, Lisa went door to door and found a home owner who wanted to sell and worked directly with us without having to jump through all the nerve racking bidding, re bidding, numerous buyers. My son was a first time buyer and Lisa was willing to show him house after house and would not let him give up on his dream of being a 24 year old home owner. She's great.

There are simply not enough stars or words to explain how wonderful Lisa is. Not only is she a great person to deal with but boy does she go to bat for you. I love that if she doesn't know the answer to your question, rest assured that she will get you an answer quickly. Great lines of communication, so much so that I miss talking to her daily. What she has done for us is more than I could ever ask anyone to do. She goes above and beyond for her clients!!!! Thank you Lisa so much for all the help and effort you had put into finding us our dream home! We love it!!!!

Lisa was an amazing realtor to work with! As a first time home buyer, I did not know what to expect and she was there every step of the way. She kept us informed about every little detail during the process. Lisa is very personable and takes the time to get to know her clients. It was a very pleasurable experience having the opportunity to work with Lisa.

Top notch agent. Available day and night, Monday-Sunday if you need her. Will not take "no" for an answer and will go above and beyond what you would expect out of an agent. Having to relocate from Hawaii in with little time to plan Lisa put together a list of 13 homes based on our preferences for us to look at in one very exhausting but worthwhile day which she devoted solely to us. Through negotiation and escrow she ensured we were taken care of and got us to closing and into our first home less than 30 days after contract!

Lisa, did all the hard work for us and daily kept us up with what was going on with are house. She was outstanding and knew everything that had to be done at the right time. I have never had a realtor that was as good and very detailed as she was. I will recommend her to all the people I know because Without her I don't think we would have continued with this house.
